5 Construction process
(1) The cut off of the JDG pipe shall be cut with a toothless saw or a hacksaw. The port shall be smooth and free of burrs.
(2) When the JDG pipe is darkly laid, its bending radius should not be less than 6 times the outside diameter of the pipe. In the concrete plane, its bending radius should not be less than 10 times the outside diameter of the pipe. When the JDG pipe is laid, its bending radius is not Should be less than 6 times the outside diameter of the tube. When there is only one bend between two junction boxes, the bend radius should not be less than 4 times the outer diameter of the tube.
(3) When the JDG pipe is concealed, the spacing between the fixed points shall not be greater than 1000mm, and the distance between the fixed point and the elbow, junction box and terminal shall be greater than 150mm and less than 300mm.
(4) When the JDG tube is buried in the wall or concrete, the net distance between the pipeline and the wall or concrete surface should not be less than 15mm.
(5) When laying tightly-fitting steel conduit pipes, the specifications of their brackets and hangers shall be less than the round steel: 6mm in diameter; flat steel: 30mm*3mm:; angle steel: 25mm* when there is no design requirement. 25mm*3mm rule.
