1. Long-term storage of stainless steel elbows should be inspected regularly. The exposed processing surfaces must be kept clean to remove dirt and stored neatly in a ventilated and dry place indoors. Stacking or open storage is strictly prohibited. Always keep the stainless steel elbows dry and ventilated, keep the cleaner clean and tidy, and store according to accurate storage methods.
3. When using stainless steel elbow ball valves, globe valves and gate valves, they are only fully opened or fully closed, and they are not allowed to adjust the flow rate to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. The gate valve and the upper thread cut-off valve have reverse sealing devices. The hand wheel is turned to the uppermost position and tightened to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.
2. During installation, the stainless steel elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method, and installed according to the location of use. Under normal circumstances, it can be installed at any position of the pipeline, but it is necessary to facilitate the inspection of the operation. Note that the flow direction of the stainless steel elbow should be upward from the vertical valve flap, and the stainless steel elbow can only be installed horizontally. When installing stainless steel elbows, pay attention to the tightness to prevent leaks and affect the normal operation of the pipeline.
4. The stainless steel elbows should be hand-wheeled. Do not use levers or other tools to avoid damage to the valve. The handwheel rotates clockwise to close, otherwise it opens. Ziah should be fair when using it to ensure accurate methods and means of use.
5. The bolts of the stainless steel elbow valve packing gland should be tightened evenly, and should not be pressed into a crooked state, so as not to bump the movement of the valve stem or cause leakage.
6. The stainless steel elbow should be kept clean during use. The transmission thread must be lubricated regularly. When a fault is found, it should be stopped immediately and the cause should be found to clear the fault.
