Product Usage

Manual all welded ball valves are widely used in various fields. Their superior quality and high performance stability are not achieved by ordinary cast steel ball valves. Features

1. The welding ball valve is composed of a fully welded valve body and a carbon-reinforced fluorocarbon sealing gasket, which can be operated for a long time in the case of frequent operation, impurities and chemical substances.

2. The welding of the ball valve grinding fine stainless steel sphere can guarantee years of opening and closing freely, reliable operation.

3. The use of floating ball structure, the slope of the elastic to ensure that the sealing ring is pressed against the ball, even in the case of unstable pressure, the valve can be guaranteed to be tight.

Design and manufacture in accordance with API 6D.

Valve inspection and testing are in accordance with API 598.

The structural length of the valve is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T12224-2005.

Connection size is in accordance with GB/T12224-2005.

The pressure-temperature reference is as specified in ASME B16.34.

The valve is marked according to GB/T12220.

The valve is resistant to sulfur as specified in NACE MR 0175.
