Compressed air filter installation precautions

A. The filter should generally be placed close to the point of use and the lowest temperature, and should not exceed the specified pressure and temperature.

B. Please clean the installation pipeline before installation to ensure that the pipeline is a debris and ensure the normal operation of the filter.

C, should be installed vertically. When installing, leave enough space underneath to ensure that the filter replacement operation is normal. Please confirm the filter level before installing the compressed air filter, and then install it according to low precision to high precision.

D. There is no need to set up a bypass because the compressed gas filter basically does not need to be repaired; however, it is necessary to check the drain drainage frequently.

E. Pay attention to the direction of import and export when installing.

F. Note before use: When ensuring the connection mode, level order, and pipe sealing conditions are correct, the valve can be opened for trial operation.

G. Open slowly when opening the valve. Never open it in an instant. Instant opening will cause an instantaneous impact on the filter element and damage the filter element.

H. If the drainage is not smooth, please clean the automatic drainer. The removed drainer should be immersed in the detergent solution for 10 minutes, then rinse off with water.

I. The filter element should be replaced after 4000 hours of use. The replacement time can be changed as appropriate according to different working conditions, but the maximum time cannot exceed 15 months.
