Steam piston valve structure performance and principle

1. HSFJ41H/HSFZ41H piston valve consists of valve body, valve cover, gland, valve stem, valve plug, valve plug cover, piston ring, integral cylinder sleeve (valve seat) lifting rod nut, plane bearing, hand wheel, bevel gear, etc. The component composition is closed and opened by the rotation of the wheel to drive the piston to reciprocate up and down between the inside and the outside of the conical cylinder sleeve.
2. Its cylinder sleeve structure is made of stainless steel or hard alloy in the cone shape of the cylinder sleeve (valve seat) according to the applicable medium. The hardness of the surfacing layer can reach HRC40 and it is ground by boring.
3. The sealing structure of the valve plug and the piston ring has a multi-layer sealing structure of metal and non-metal. When a piston ring is subjected to wear during long-term operation, the pressure is adjusted to zero, and the pressure regulation has failed. The metal-cut tapered piston plays the role of simultaneous sealing, so the service life of the piston valve is up to several times that of the ordinary valve, so it can be kept without leakage during the use process, and can achieve better opening and closing of the leak-free pipe. The choice of equipment has obvious applications for saving energy and reducing labor and environmental pollution.
