The stainless steel butt welded slab gate valve with floating seat, two-way open and close, reliable sealing, flexible opening and closing. The lower gate has opened a diversion hole and give precise guidance, while both spray carbide seal, resistance to erosion. Good sealing performance, at full pressure when opening and closing operation torque is small, easy maintenance, long service life.

Feature:

The two sealing faces of a slab gate valve are perpendicular to the pipeline axis, its closing member have double discs, valve equipped with a stretching mechanism. The slab gate valve is widely applicable for transmission pipeline system of natural gas, oil products and chemical engineering.

Slab gate valve’s obturator have two parts, the seal surface are parallel each other, and with wedge-shape joint surface. The obturator parts are separated from each other, it can ensure the sealing performance even when the temperature changes caused by deformation, and can avoid leaving the gate due to heat expansion choked open. At sealing surface using hard alloy material of corrosion and wearing resistance, so it can ensure the sealing performance and extend the service life. Fully enclosed structure design, keep the valve fine protection, can be used at all weather.
