Wearable pipe fittings

- Dec 31, 2019-

The wear-resistant pipe fittings mainly include wear-resistant elbows, straight pipes, tees, large and small heads, square round joints, reducer pipes and other structural parts, and are mainly used for material conveying pipes such as pneumatic force and pumping slurry. Because the conveying medium has the characteristics of high hardness, fast flow rate and large flow rate, the conveying medium will continue to impact, wear and corrode the pipe wall for a long time, which causes the pipe to be fatigued and gradually wear through. Depending on the wear conditions, there are also different material choices for the wear resistant pipe lining. Lined with wear-resistant ceramic pipe (lined with aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, zirconia, nitrogen silicon, sialon, aluminum nitride, boron nitride, etc.); wear-resistant alloy tube; tortoise shell wear-resistant pipe; steel rubber resistant Grinding pipe; steel-plastic wear-resistant pipe; wear-resistant cast stone pipe; wear-resistant self-propagating composite pipe; rare earth alloy wear-resistant pipe. In addition to application in coal-fired power plant ash removal, slag discharge, powder feeding, powder return pipe, desulfurization pipeline, the wear-resistant elbow is also widely used in the following industries: mine; coal-water slurry, coal washing mud, mine filling in coal industry , coal ore powder; metal mine; concentrate and tailings transport wear-resistant elbow; metallurgy; iron and steel blast furnace coal injection, slag and other pipelines; iron and steel plant, COO, zinc-sand transport pipeline, steel-making transport iron alloy , the preferred wear-resistant elbows such as refining outside the furnace; cement plant; raw slurry transport of the rotary kiln wet production line, pulverized coal conveying, hoisting of the hoist, pneumatic conveying of the finished cement, and concrete wear-resistant elbow. Chemical plant; pulverized coal conveying pipeline, silicon powder and other raw materials to transport wear-resistant elbow.

Wear-resistant pipes are essentially different from traditional steel pipes, wear-resistant alloy cast steel pipes, cast stone pipes, and steel-plastic and steel-steel pipes. The outer layer of the wear-resistant pipe is a seamless steel pipe, and the inner layer is corundum. The hardness of corundum layer is as high as HV1100-1400, which is equivalent to tungsten-cobalt cemented carbide, and its wear resistance is 20 times higher than that of carbon steel pipe. Wear-resistant pipes are mainly resistant to wear by a few millimeters of corundum layer inside the inner layer. This is a qualitative leap than the wear-resistant alloy cast steel pipe and cast stone pipe, both by composition and organization, and by thickness to resist wear. Wear-resistant pipes quickly occupy the market. In addition to high quality and good performance, its performance and price ratio is higher than other wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant heat-resistant pipes. In the same specifications and unit length of wear-resistant pipes, the wear-resistant pipe weight is only about one-half of the wear-resistant alloy cast steel pipe, and its engineering cost per metre is reduced by 20%-30%; only the cast stone pipe weight is three-thirds. First, the engineering cost per metre is reduced by 5%-10%; the wear-resistant pipe used in corrosion or high temperature is only a fraction of the price of stainless steel pipe and nickel-titanium pipe.
