Steel sleeve steel composite

The insulation structure of steel sleeve steel composite insulation pipe can be divided into two categories according to different sliding modes:

1. Internal sliding type: thermal insulation structure consists of working steel pipe, aluminum silicate, drag reducing layer, microporous calcium silicate, heat insulation layer, stainless steel fastening steel strip, aluminum foil reflective layer, polyurethane insulation layer, outer steel tube, outer anti-corrosion layer composition. The inner sliding type insulated steel pipe is composed of steel pipe + composite silicate or microporous calcium silicate + rigid polyurethane foam + outer steel pipe + glass steel shell anti-corrosion protective layer structure. Various pipe joints have mature technology and reliable quality.

2. External sliding type: The thermal insulation structure consists of working steel pipe, glass wool thermal insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fastening steel belt, sliding guide bracket, air insulation layer, outer protective steel pipe and outer anti-corrosion layer.

Polyurethane

According to the design and customer requirements, seamless steel tubes, spiral steel tubes and straight seam steel tubes are generally used. After the surface of the steel pipe is treated by advanced shot blasting and descaling process, the steel pipe has a derusting grade up to Sa2 grade in GB8923-1988 standard, and the surface roughness can reach R=12.5 micron in GB6060.5-88 standard.

The second layer: polyurethane insulation layer:

The high-pressure foaming machine is used to inject a rigid polyurethane foam raw liquid into the cavity formed between the steel pipe and the outer sheath, which is commonly known as "tube tube foaming".

Third layer: high density polyethylene protective layer:

Pre-formed into a black or yellow polyethylene plastic pipe with a certain wall thickness. Its role is to protect the polyurethane insulation layer from mechanical hard objects, and the second is anti-corrosion and waterproof.
