- Apr 10, 2018-

1 Main content and application scope

This standard specifies the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging marks, quality certificates, etc. of welded steel profiles for steel doors and windows.

This standard applies to high-frequency welding roller cold bending forming method for the production of fast steel window welded profiled steel pipe.

Reference Standard

GB 700 carbon structural steel

GB 2102 steel pipe acceptance, packaging, marking and quality certificate

GB 8170 Numerical Rounding Rules

3 size, shape, weight and allowable deviation

3.1 Dimensions and Allowable Deviations

3.1.1 The model, cross-sectional shape, size, and theoretical weight of the steel pipe are to comply with the requirements of Figure 1 (slightly) to Figure 14 (slightly) and Table 1 (slightly). The radius is not specified in the figure, and its radius R is 3mm. It is only used for hole design and is not considered as a delivery condition.

3.1.2 The allowable deviation of the size of the steel pipe shall comply with the requirements of Table 2 (omitted).

3.1.3 The wall thickness of the steel pipe is 1.2mm, and its allowable deviation is ±0.12mm.

After negotiations between supply and demand sides, it is also possible to supply other steel pipes.

3.1.4 The steel pipe is delivered with normal accuracy. After consultation between the supply and demand sides, and in the contract, it can be delivered with higher accuracy.

3.2 Length

3.2.1 Normal length

The usual length of steel pipe is 2000~6000mm.

3.2.2 Length of Length

After the supply and demand sides negotiated and indicated in the contract, the steel pipe can be delivered according to the length of the fixed length.

The length of the length of the steel pipe shall be within the normal length range, and the allowable total length deviation shall not be greater than mm.

3.3 Shape

3.3.1 The upper and lower bending and lateral bending of the steel pipe shall not exceed 1.2mm per meter.

3.3.2 Convexity and inclination of each side of the steel pipe, the general accuracy should not exceed 0.50mm; the higher accuracy should not exceed 0.30mm.

3.3.3 The end of the steel pipe should be straightened, and minor deformations and minor defects due to the cutting method are allowed to exist.

3.3.4 The torsional value of steel pipe, the general accuracy should not be greater than 0.50mm per meter; the higher accuracy should not be greater than 0.30mm per meter.

3.4 Delivery weight

The steel pipe is delivered according to the actual weight and can also be delivered according to the theoretical weight.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The steel pipe is made of mesh belts of the brands Q215 and Q235. The chemical composition (smelting analysis) should comply with the requirements of the GB 700 standard.

After negotiation between supply and demand, it can also be manufactured with other grades of steel tape.

4.2 Delivery status

4.2.1 The steel pipe is delivered in a rolled condition.

4.2.2 According to the requirements of the buyer, the buyer and the seller can negotiate that the steel pipe can be delivered in an antiseptic state.

4.3 Surface quality

4.3.1 Cracks, scabs, false welds, and burns are not allowed on the outer surface of the steel pipe. It is permissible to have other minor defects with a depth of not more than 0.20 mm.

4.3.2 The steel pipe must have internal welded bars.

4.3.3 The outer surface of the steel pipe shall be smooth and flat, allowing the local presence of convexities and concavities whose depth (or height) does not exceed 0.25 mm.

5 test methods

5.1 The geometric dimensions of the steel pipe shall be 100 mm from the end of the pipe, and shall be measured one by one with a card board, vernier caliper, and fillet ruler with sufficient accuracy.

5.2 The surface of the steel pipe shall be examined by naked eyes.

5.3 When measuring the torsion value of the steel pipe, the 1m long steel pipe shall be used to remove the burr on the end and place it on the platform. Press one end against the platform and use the feeler gauge to measure the lift value of the other end.

5.4 numerical repair according to GB 8170.

6 Inspection Rules

6.1 Inspection and Acceptance

The inspection and acceptance of steel pipes shall be carried out by the technical supervision department of the supplier.

6.2 Batch Rules

Steel pipe inspection and acceptance by batch. Each batch shall consist of steel tubes of the same type and the same grade, each batch weighing no more than 15 tons.

7 Packaging, Signs and Quality Certificates

7.1 The weight of each bale should not touch 2t. Secure with steel straps or soft wires. Each bundle of steel pipes should be bundled uniformly. When there are special requirements, the supply and demand sides shall negotiate and indicate in the contract.

7.2 Each bundle of steel pipes shall be accompanied by at least two placards. The placard shall indicate the brand number, furnace number, batch number, model number, weight, manufacturer, class, date of manufacture, and inspection department stamp.

7.3 In addition to the above provisions, other unspecified matters shall comply with the provisions of the GB 2102 standard.
