Q347F PN16~PN64 manual turbine forged steel ball valve is used on various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN64, JIS10K~JIS20K. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Advantage

1. Fireproof structure: In order to prevent the PTFE seal from being burnt due to the occurrence of flammable or fire, a large leak occurs, which promotes the fire, and a fire seal ring is arranged on the ball and the valve seat. When the seal ring is burnt, Push the seat ring to the ball quickly under the action of the spring force.

The metal and metal seals are formed to achieve a certain degree of sealing effect, and the fire resistance test meets the requirements of API6FA and API607 standards.

2. Sealed emergency grease injection: Due to the accidental failure of the seat seal due to foreign matter or fire in the medium, the grease injection valve provides a quick connection with the grease gun, which can quickly and easily inject the sealing grease into the seat seal to relieve leakage. .

3. Automatic pressure relief function: When the medium pressure stagnant in the valve cavity rises abnormally beyond the preload force of the spring, the valve seat retreats out of the sphere to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief, and the valve seat automatically recovers after pressure relief.

4. Drainage pipe: The drain body is provided with drain holes on the upper and lower sides of the valve body to check whether the valve seat leaks. During the operation, when the valve is fully open or fully closed, the pressure in the middle cavity can be removed, and the filler can be directly replaced; Retentate, reduce the pollution of the valve to the valve, fixed ball valve is widely used in food, medicine, petroleum, chemical, natural gas, steel, environmental protection, papermaking and other transportation pipeline media cut or circulation. The device can also be cleaned by injecting a corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant into the device.
