The manual eccentric half ball valve utilizes the eccentric valve body, the eccentric spherical body, and the valve seat. When the valve stem rotates, the common trajectory is automatically centered, and the closing is tighter and tighter, which completely achieves a good sealing purpose. The ball and the valve seat of the valve are completely detached, eliminating the wear of the sealing ring, overcoming the problem that the conventional spherical valve seat and the spherical sealing surface are always worn. The non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, and the metal surface of the valve seat is well protected. This product is especially suitable for steel, aluminum, fiber, tiny solid particles, pulp, coal ash, petroleum gas, and other media.
Features
1. The structure of the manual eccentric half ball valve adopts the principle of eccentricity and tightness to achieve the purpose of braking, adjusting, and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is a metal surface ring with a hard surface contact seal. When the double eccentric structure is opened, the valve core is located in the storage ball chamber, and the flow cross-section is large. And the valve is not washed, the valve core is not washed when closed, and the spherical surface of the valve core gradually moves along the valve seat when it is opened, effectively removing the scale obstacle and achieving reliable sealing. It is particularly effective for the mixed flow of two-phase mixed-flow scaleable solids.
2. The hemisphere of the valve is made of bimetal. The base metal is welded with different alloys. The valve seat is also specially treated for the corresponding surfacing. The sealing surface is combined into various types such as anti-corrosion, wear resistance, and high strength to meet the needs of different occasions.
3. This manual eccentric half ball valve is firmly sealed, allowing harmful gases to be transported with no leakage.
4. The valve core of the sealing pair has a compensation amount. When the valve is worn, turn it a little when it is closed, and it can be reliably sealed to prolong the service life. In addition, the user unscrews the compression nut, and the valve seat is still available after adjustment or replacement, avoiding the drawbacks of the entire scrap after the valve seal fails.
