Manual Antibiotic Globe Valve

Manual antibiotic shut-off valves are mainly used in biological fermentation, pharmaceutical and beer fermentation, amino acid fermentation, biological pesticide fermentation, biological fertilizer fermentation, various antibiotic fermentation, biological, biochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical materials, water, steam, cold control and other fields. The bottom can be opened according to customer needs, high temperature and long service life, no dead angle to zero leakage level.

Feature

1. It has strong bactericidal and detoxifying functions to prevent the products from being infected.

2. The gasket is made of high temperature resistant PTFE composite material. (Maximum temperature can reach ≤120°C)

3. Sealing ring, valve body middle sealing ring, valve stem packing are all made of high quality PTFE material. Long life and corrosion resistance, ensuring no internal or external leakage.

4. Streamlined flow path, resulting in low pressure loss.

5. The gasket can be replaced, the disassembly is more convenient, and the maintenance cost is low.
