How to find the connection between the eccentric pipe head and flange

If the drawing is not marked, or there is no drawing, the upper end can be welded flush with the flange when connecting the eccentric head to the flange.

Since it is an eccentric change, then there must be a surface and the pipe before the change is horizontal,

First weld a piece of flange A on the pipeline, then fix the two pieces of AB flange with screws, and then spot weld the large and small heads on the B flange.

Put the level ruler on the flange and measure the distance between the bottom of the level ruler and the pipe with a meter ruler. The two sides are adjusted to the same height to ensure that the size head is flush with the upper end of the original pipe.
