1. The detection of the size of concrete-filled steel tubular members can be divided into steel pipes, strips, reinforcement rings, corbels, and connecting web sizes. Deviation detection can be divided into such items as installation deviation and splice assembly deviation of steel pipe columns.
2. The detection of the dimensions of component steel pipe and splice material can be divided into the outer diameter, wall thickness and length of the steel pipe. The outer diameter of the steel pipe can be measured with a special clamp or ruler; the wall thickness of the steel pipe can be measured with an ultrasonic thickness gauge; the length of the steel pipe can be measured with a ruler or a laser range finder.
3. The assessment of the minimum dimensions of concrete-filled steel tubular structures, the limitation of the ratio of the outer diameter to the wall thickness, and the allowable slenderness ratio of the components shall be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of CECS, 28 of the "Design and Construction Code for Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Structures".
4. The detection of the size of the lattice column strip can be divided into the length, width, thickness of the strip, and the eccentricity of the strip and the axis of the column limb; the size of the strip can be detected by the method of the ruler.
5. The dimensions of the column, connection webs and reinforcement rings of the beam-column joints can be tested by steel rulers. The setting and dimensions of the reinforcement ring are to be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of CECS, 28 of the “Design and Construction Regulations for Concrete-Filled Steel Tube Structures”.
6, the detection of the misalignment of steel pipe splicing and assembling can be divided into longitudinal bending, ellipticity, pipe edge irregularity, assembly error of pipe and limb, and assembly combination error. The inspection method and evaluation index can be implemented according to the provisions of CECS, 28 of the "Code for the Design and Construction of Concrete-filled Steel Tube Structures".
7. The installation deviation detection of steel pipe columns is divided into the column axis and the base axis deviation, column verticality and other items. The detection method and evaluation index are determined in accordance with the "Construction and Construction Code for Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Structure" (CECS, 28).
