Cast steel BW ends swing check valve is suitable for pipelines of Class 1500～2500Lb, working temperature -29～570°C for petroleum, chemical, thermal power stations and other working conditions. The medium for high-pressure welding check valves is: water, oil, steam, etc.

Feature

1. The product is designed and manufactured according to ANSIB16.34 and E101 standards, and can be used with imported equipment.

2. The valve cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, and the higher the internal cavity pressure, the better the sealing performance.

3. Both ends of the branch pipe are butt welded joints to meet different takeover requirements.

4. The pressure-resistant parts of the valve are made of high-quality heat-resistant alloy steel, which has good high temperature performance, high pressure, durability, safety and reliability.

5. The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat is made of slite cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, good in anti-scratch performance and long in service life.

6. The valve disc rotates around the pin shaft outside the valve seat to reduce the violent impact when closing.

7. The built-in pin structure reduces the external leakage point and is more reliable to use.
