The buried pipeline is sandblasted on the surface before painting. The cleanliness and surface roughness of the treated metal surface must meet the specification requirements. 1.1. The relative humidity of the air should be less than 70%, and the surface temperature of the base metal should not be less than -3°C. 1.2. In unfavorable climates, effective measures, such as heating and covering, should be taken to meet the requirements of the working environment. 1.3. The surface of the buried pipeline before anticorrosion must be free of edges, corners, no welds, smooth, and thorns. 1.4. The metal surface treatment is to achieve Sa2.5 by sandblasting and rust removal. The standard is: completely remove all impurities such as grease, oxide scale and rust products on the metal surface, and visible shadow streaks, spots and other residues shall not exceed the unit 5% of the area. 2. Pipeline anti-corrosion 2.1, primer and top coat before wrapping glass cloth***, anti-corrosion epoxy coal tar paint construction adopts brushing and rolling methods according to site conditions. 2.1.2. After the steel is derusted and passed the inspection, apply primer and topcoat. When painting, leave as much as possible the welding seam position of the steel assembly, and the reserved length is about 150mm, so as not to be difficult to clean the root during welding and affect the welding quality . 2.1.3. For the large degree of pit dust on the surface of steel (> 2mm or more), putty should be mixed to make it level. 2.1.4. After the epoxy coal tar pitch paint is mixed and mixed well, it is matured for 15-30 minutes and used up within 4 hours. 2.1.5. After the primer surface dries, apply a top coat before curing, and apply a second top coat before curing after the top coat is completely dry. During construction, the process flow is often continuous, so special attention should be paid to the interval between paint application to ensure that the application interval is between the smallest and the largest interval. During on-site construction, the interval between paintings should be determined according to the performance of the paint and weather conditions. 2.1.6. If the paint recoating interval is too long, you need to roughen the paint surface with emery cloth or a grinding wheel before applying the back paint. 2.1.7. The primer should be painted immediately after the pipeline is qualified by sandblasting. Therefore, attention should be paid to the influence of dust on the painting. When painting, keep away from the sandblasting area or suspend the sandblasting construction.
