Product Description

The manual gas gate valve (no leakage gas slab gate valve) is dedicated to natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, oil, etc. It completely solves the problem caused by gas coking due to unique design, novel structure and good sealing performance. Problems such as opening and opening can effectively improve the sealing performance and service life, and truly achieve zero leakage.

Feature

1. The valve body is casted. The valve seat adopts O-ring seal and pre-tightening floating valve seat structure to make the valve inlet and outlet bidirectionally sealed; and the opening and closing torque of the structure is only 1/2 of the ordinary valve, which can easily open and close the valve.

2. The valve seat is made of PTFE embedded on the sealing surface. It has double sealing of PTFE to metal and metal to metal. The PTFE sealing surface also removes the dirt of the gate.

3. The valve's ram, whether fully open or fully closed, always conforms to the sealing surface, and the sealing surface is protected from direct scouring of the medium, thus extending the service life.

4. When the valve is fully open, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is very small, no pressure loss, and the pipeline can be cleaned by the ball.

5. When the valve is closed, the internal cavity high pressure can be automatically removed to ensure safe use.

6. Using the closed gear to turn the opening and closing indication mechanism, it can clearly reflect the opening and closing of the valve for a long time.

7. The outer surface of the direct-buried valve is treated with epoxy coal tar pitch for anti-corrosion treatment.
