How to remove the air holes in the stainless steel flanged abrasive?

- Jan 16, 2020-

During the production of flanged rotomolding, the material in the mold is heated, and gradually melts, moves, and adheres to the hot mold table as the mold rolls. The air inside the mold is swollen by the heat volume, and the air pressure rises. Move to the outside of the mold until the air pressure in the mold table is balanced and vice versa. Together, the mold cavity maintains a certain pressure.

When the mold is not tightly clamped, a part of the gas in the cavity will move to the outside of the mold through the gap of the mold clamping part, so that air holes or bubbles are generated inside the product of the corresponding part of the mold; in the mold cooling process, if the mold The sealing is not strict, and there is a difference in air pressure in the surface of the mold. The air enters the mold through the gap of the mold clamping part (at the parting surface), and pores are generated outside the product.
